Collaborative Medical Surgical mission between HAVMED, UP-PGH Ugnayan ng Pahinungod and the Provincial Government of Albay Province.

More than 300 patients were screened for surgery. While 98 patients were seen and treated at the minor surgery, 78 patients had major surgery which include a total of 28 Thyroidectomies (28) and Hernia-related surgeries (20)
